FAQ
Answers to common questions:
Do I have to turn the camera on?
You don’t have to. It’s up to you, but many people find the camera beneficial in providing accountability.
What if I miss a day?
No big deal. Sometimes life comes up. Join when you can.
Do you offer The Class at other times?
No. There’s only one daily class. Noon, Monday-Friday.
I'm in Encinitas! Can I take The Class in-person?
No. The class is only available via Zoom.
I have a health condition / injury...
Talk to your doctor before The Class or any workout regimen.
Is there a clock, like Crossfit?
No. A clock is not of any use here. Focus on doing the exercises correctly, to the best of your ability, at your own pace.
I feel pain...
If you feel pain, stop what you are doing immediately. Pain is not “weakness leaving the body”, it’s your body’s way of saying you’re doing it wrong.
Exercises might be challenging or slightly uncomfortable… they should never be painful.
